Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand, wrapped with care and sent with a trusted courier partner. Here’s what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India. We don’t ship internationally yet — if you’re outside India, write to us and we’ll see what we can do.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Personalised and made-to-order pieces may take a few days longer — we’ll let you know if so.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery dates given by couriers are estimates and can be affected by weather, festivals or other things outside our control.

Shipping charges

• Standard shipping: ₹79 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more.
• The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves the studio, you’ll receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also see it any time on your order page under Your account.

Address and delivery issues

• Please double-check your address, PIN code and phone number. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
• If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available, or the address was wrong, we’ll contact you. Re-shipping may carry an additional shipping charge.
• Cash on delivery orders refused at the door may mean we can’t offer cash on delivery on future orders.

Damaged parcels

If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please note it with the courier and record an unboxing video. Then see our Returns & refunds policy — we’ll make it right.
